Nevada K-12 Statistics Poster Competition All students in grades K through 12 in the State of Nevada are eligible to enter the Nevada K-12 Statistics Poster Competition sponsored by the Nevada Chapter of the American Statistical Association. This competition provides students with an opportunity to express creativity in the graphical analysis and interpretation of data, produced or gathered either by themselves or from other sources, in a statistical poster. A statistical poster is a display containing one or more related graphics that summarize data, that examine the data from different points of view, and that answer specific questions about the data. Students may earn cash prizes and other forms of recognition for winning entries. There is no entry fee for this competition. All posters must be received by February 16, 2007.
